What this tool is

Golden Traveler Uploader is a private, internal tool operated by Saintpick to publish and manage videos on our own YouTube channel, Golden Traveler. It is not offered to the public and has no external users. It uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the operator agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Information we access through YouTube API Services

• Our own channel’s basic information (channel ID, title, branding settings).
• Metadata of videos on our channel (titles, descriptions, tags, privacy status, processing status) and, when enabled, aggregate channel analytics such as views and watch time.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens for our own Google account, required to upload videos, thumbnails and captions and to update metadata.

We do not access, collect or store information about viewers or any other YouTube users, and we do not use the API to read comments, subscriber identities or other users’ private data.

How the information is used and stored

The information is used only to upload our own videos, keep their metadata accurate and measure our channel’s performance. OAuth tokens are stored on the operator’s own computer with owner-only file permissions and are never shared. Video files and production records are kept in our private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). Analytics summaries are refreshed at least every 30 days and are not combined with data from other sources.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share information obtained through YouTube API Services with third parties. Cloud infrastructure providers (Google, Cloudflare) process data only to provide their services to us.

Cookies and device information

The tool does not place cookies on, or read information from, any visitor’s device. The public saintpick.com site’s own storage practices are described in our general privacy notice.

Revoking access and deleting data

Access granted to this tool can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When access is revoked, or upon request, we delete stored tokens and API data within 7 days. Requests: saintpicksai@gmail.com.

Changes

If the tool’s use of data changes, this policy will be updated and the effective date revised.
